A cat - Sharp Shooter (WOW)

Can you believe any cat can shoot a man – atleast, i can’t.

A 24-year-old Eden man blamed his cat for shooting him earlier today.

According to the Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office, Charlie Busick told deputies that he was alone in his Ashley Loop Road home when his cat jumped up onto a loveseat — and onto his .45-caliber pistol.

The gun went off, and Busick was shot in his left hip. Deputies said Busick called a friend to take him to a local hospital.

Later, the sheriff’s office said, Busick changed his story. He told deputies that when he went to stand up, he placed his left hand down on the loveseat. His thumb accidentally hit the trigger and caused the gun to go off.

The cat, he added, had nothing to do with the shooting.
